We're looking for a Service Manager to join our small, dynamic, and caring team.
This is a great role that is responsible for coordinating and programming our community education programme. The role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our courses, including timetabling, curriculum programming and development, partnerships, service enhancement, quality assurance, and evaluating performance. The role also has a line management responsibility to our Peer Trainers.
It marries excellent organisation, project management, people and relationship management skills with sensitivity and compassion towards those affected by mental health difficulties. It is a varied and rewarding role for a mental health charity that champions recovery, co-production and the value of lived experience.
