JRC is looking for a Development Manager to join our growing team. The Development Manager supports JRC’s mission to provide mental health education for everyone.

This role leads the development of JRC’s excellent Mental Health at Work training programme. Responsibilities include relationship management, sales generation and programme growth, ensuring commercial viability and generating optimum income for the charity. The role looks after programme quality control, scheduling and marketing and works to service delivery / quality and income targets. The role includes training delivery.

This is an exciting role for someone passionate about mental health with a business background, ideally with proven business development skills. Energy and interest are key. Entitled to work status is required.
