The Autumn semester courses will be delivered between September and December. You can register for them at any time. We will confirm all enrolments via email. You may be placed on the waiting list if the courses are full.
What’s available this semester?
There are seven new courses which include supporting someone with an eating disorder, connecting with nature, a course on positive psychology (What makes a good life?), a course on a carers therapy model, suicide awareness and a blended mindfulness and yoga course.
This semester we will be delivering three of our core recovery modules, What is Recovery?, Goal Setting in Recovery and Steps to Recovery and re-introducing Living with Depression and Balanced Living for Beginners.
Two of our popular courses from the last semester will also be delivered, introduction to trauma and Understanding and managing anxiety.
