This is an opportunity to be part of a movement to embed co-production in mental health services, creating an environment where those who use services and those who deliver services are equals and work in partnership to create the very best services possible.
We are looking for two clinicians/mental health professionals, and two people with lived experience of mental health difficulties or those who care for those with mental health difficulties, to join an innovative project to establish co-production as a model in our mental health system.
Our Co-production Practitioners will be trained, mentored and supported to develop the skills required to design and facilitate pieces of co-production. Practitioners will be respected and supported throughout the ten-month project and will be recompensed for their time.
The ten-month project is being funded by the Mental Health Systems Partnership Board. It will be led by Jersey Recovery College and guided by an Oversight Group of mental health services, charitable organisations, and service users and carers. The project is dedicated to giving people with lived experience and front-line staff an equal voice.
This is a unique training and development opportunity for anyone wishing to be part of a positive change in how mental health services are designed and delivered.
To apply to be a Co-production Practitioner, please complete the application pack and return it to email@example.com by 3rd November 2022.
